Grammar Exercises

Englishland has provided free English grammar exercises since 2004. Most of the grammar lessons that we discuss here are for basic levels. English grammar is important especially to those who are serious in mastering this international language. Every student of English who enters this website will see that we have a lot of English learning materials in each category ranging from conversation to reading comprehension and from TOEIC preparation to TOEFL preparation. In all of the lessons, English grammar rules have always been included. So, while you study TOEFL preparation, you also study the grammar rules. You will have to deal with verbs, phrases, tenses and nouns.

English course that you study through Englishland website is free. We don't charge you any fee for your time accessing our course program. But to improve your skills, you also need to read books. We recommend you to find a language school in your town that use True Colors text books or Spectrum. You might not be able to locate one but if the English course institution uses English books that are published by Longman then the quality of their learning material is good. Perhaps you want to study this language using English course video. There is no problem with that. Or you are willing to enroll in a number of English courses online. For me as the webmaster of Englishland, we always encourage everybody to use the available learning materials both online and offline to master this important international language.

There are approximately 1.8 billion people around the world who are learning English. And the number if growing rapidly due to more integration of world's population and economy through the advancement of telecommunication technology, especially the internet. The courses in the English language that you find in this website have been designed to help English learners to study at home or at work at their own pace. We don't force students to finish a grammar program in a fixed schedule. Instead, we encourage you to visit our website regularly to get new learning materials that we upload nearly every day. From only less than ten lessons in 2004, the number of articles, grammar quiz and book review has grown to hundreds of pages at the present time. In recent months, we have added some video English conversations which you can see in conversation category of this website.
