Dialogue 1 Changing Jobs

The following questions are more investigative in their nature. So, a job applicant needs to carefully prepare his or her answers. A job applicant has to be honest when trying to answer the questions:

Simon

How many jobs have you had since leaving university?

Agatha I've worked for three companies. All of them were in the tour and travel business.
Simon Why have you changed jobs so often?
Agatha

I am looking for a job that is relevant with my passion and educational background which is in the marine tourism and preservation of coral reef environment.

Simon Have you ever worked with a difficult person?
Agatha Well, the sales manager in my last company wasn't easy to work with.

Dialogue 2 Strengths of a job applicant

Interviewer

Why do you want to work in this company?

Agatha

My educational background is in marine tourism. I feel that working as a dive-master for this beach resort and its diving center is relevant with my expertise. Although it is still a new service business, I believe that it is really potential to be developed as a leading sector of the tourism industry in this town. I think with my previous work experience in North America I can contribute to the rapid development of diving business of this company and the promotion of marine tourism of this town.

Interviewer

What are your interests or hobbies?

Agatha

I play the guitar and I practice Yoga. I can entertain tourists by playing the guitar at nights or providing some Yoga lessons to anybody who wants to have an alternative activity while staying in this beach resort.
